In 1983, my close friends & I opened Barclays in Rochester, NY... That was the birth of Barclay’s Hot Salt... In 2001, I changed the name to Maxspice..!!

Maxspice is a perfect blend of spicy & flavorful...!! It is way more versatile than wet hot sauces.. It enhances what it’s added to by not changing the flavor & taste of food as adding vinegar based sauces often do...

Mostly I add it to my cooked recipes, but can also be a rub for meat or chicken. It is great on all foods including Popcorn, Bloody Marys, & makes an excellent rim for tequila shots or margaritas !!!🌶
